Davis Estates advertise on all of the major property portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla, as well as our own website www.davisestates.co.uk. In addition, all properties are advertised on social media including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram.

 

We also advertise in magazine publications which are distributed locally. All our properties are shown in our office in addition to our illuminated window displays which can be viewed anytime, day or night. 

 

 

Viewings, Offers & Sales Progression

Davis Estates will arrange all viewings at times suitable to you, we are also able to accompany viewings if required.  


We will negotiate all offers on your behalf and ensure we have all the necessary information to enable you to make an informed decision. Finances, buying position and chain checks will also be carried out along with obtaining copies of photographic I.D and identity checks.
